CSA Survivors

This workshop provides a safe, supportive space for survivors of trauma—especially Child Sexual Abuse (CSA)—to begin or deepen their healing journey. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and trauma-informed support, participants will explore ways to reconnect with their inner strength, rebuild trust, and restore emotional balance at their own pace.

Healing from trauma requires more than talk—it calls for care that honours the whole person. This approach supports emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, recognising that each part of us holds pieces of the healing journey. Through mindfulness, movement, reflection, and connection, a holistic path gently restores balance, fosters resilience, and nurtures lasting recovery.
